About Our Work in the Hançerli Region
As Çevregen, we continue to carry out our mission of delivering safe, environmentally compatible, and science-based projects across various regions of Türkiye. In this context, the work we are conducting in the Hançerli region of Niğde encompasses a comprehensive process aimed at revealing the geological and environmental characteristics of the area.
Our projects in Hançerli include soil investigations, engineering geology studies, geotechnical analyses, and environmental assessments. Our objective is to evaluate both subsurface and surface data through a scientific approach before any planned construction or infrastructure investments in the region, and to provide a solid foundation for informed decision-making by relevant institutions.
As part of our field activities:
-
Detailed site investigations and drilling operations have been carried out,
-
The subsurface structure has been modeled using geophysical methods,
-
Soil bearing capacity, settlement behavior, and liquefaction potential have been identified,
-
The region’s seismic hazard and local ground response have been thoroughly analyzed.
Hançerli’s topographical features and geological composition require a high level of sensitivity in our work, and all measurements and analyses have been conducted with meticulous attention to detail.
At Çevregen, we aim not only to produce technical reports but also to contribute to sustainable urban development through environmentally responsible engineering solutions. The projects we have carried out in Hançerli are a clear reflection of this approach.
We continue our efforts with a commitment to using geoscientific data in the most effective way possible, to help ensure safe and healthy living spaces for the local community.
